This meditation is best when done within 30 minutes of your arrival.
Welcome to the beginning of your day. This mediation is designed to help you prepare your mind and body for the experiences and activities you’re about to embark on at Biltmore. This meditation is best done immediately upon rising while in a seated position, to avoid falling back asleep.
